Terms of Use

Effective August 21, 2026. These terms govern access to Sukuu learning workspaces.

Accounts and workspaces

Provide accurate account information, protect sign-in credentials, and use only roles and workspaces you are authorized to access. Workspace Owners are responsible for their members, course publishing decisions, and lawful use of learner information.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, upload malicious or unlawful material, violate another person's rights, impersonate others, or use learning features to harass, exploit, or endanger learners.

Content and permissions

You retain responsibility for content you submit and must have permission to use it. You authorize the service to process that content only as needed to host, secure, display, and deliver the workspace.

Learning records

Scores, certificates, progress indicators, recommendations, and gamification features support learning and administration. Organizations remain responsible for high-impact academic, employment, safeguarding, or disciplinary decisions and should provide human review.

Availability and termination

Features may change as the platform improves. Access may be limited to protect users, comply with law, address security risks, or stop material violations. Organizations should maintain appropriate exports and continuity plans for important records.

Responsible launch status

During beta or preview periods, organizations should validate workflows before relying on Sukuu for high-stakes decisions or sole-copy record keeping.
