SUKUU LEARNING
Privacy Notice
Effective August 21, 2026. This notice explains the information Sukuu uses to operate learning workspaces.
Information processed
Account and organization details, course content, enrollment and learning activity, assessment work, communications, technical logs, and files intentionally uploaded to a workspace may be processed to provide the service.
Organization control
Each organization manages its own members, roles, courses, retention decisions, and learner records. Workspace administrators should collect only information needed for legitimate teaching and learning purposes.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, deliver courses, preserve progress, support assessment, secure the platform, diagnose failures, and provide organization-authorized reports. Sukuu does not require public learner profiles.
Children and learner safety
Organizations serving minors must use appropriate consent and supervision. Sukuu applies role-based access and does not permit unrestricted adult-to-minor private messaging as a default learning workflow.
Your choices
Contact your organization administrator to correct, export, or request deletion of workspace records. For account-level privacy requests, email info@awarepa.com.
Security and changes
Sukuu uses access controls, tenant isolation, encrypted transport, and audit safeguards. No system can promise absolute security. Material changes to this notice should be communicated before a new version takes effect.
